It was an amazing Saturday morning — the kind where every CTO should be taking a nap or planning their weekend. Instead, we had an appointment with Mr. Copperhead, CTO of an organization that employs 5,000 people.
Mr. Copper is known for his aggressive leadership, and for his ability to flip an organization and its productivity. When we asked for a weekday slot, he refused, citing that weekdays are for productivity and weekends are for PR interviews.
Here are the unedited excerpts of the interview.

Good morning, Mr. Copper. Can you briefly introduce yourself to us and our audience?
I thought my magic might have given you the context already. Anyway — I am Copperhead, and I assume the role of Chief Agentic AI Transformation Officer of my organisation. Which I recently turned into an Agentic AI organization, with my exceptional AI-powered leadership skills.
When you say "AI-Ready Company," can you please expand?
AI is everything. OpenAI. Anthropic Claude AI. Mistral AI. DeepSeek R1 AI. Moonshot AI. Cocktail AI. Lasagna AI. I can name at least four hundred and forty-nine AI OEM partners we work with to implement and deliver AI solutions.
And when you say implement — what exactly do you implement? That too, for enterprise customers of yours?
In this Agentic AI era, it is essential for every organization to be AI Ready. That is why they come to us. They already have a well-established process that drives efficiency. That's where we chip in, to make a disruption with our distructive solutions.
We start with consulting workshops that might go for fourteen weeks, with intensive questions to understand their process. From that, our Agentic AI Process Engineers map and create an As-Is process document.
The entire assessment is done by Agentic AI agents powered by LLMs and SLMs. (That is the story we tell our customers. Our consultants do the job with ChatGPT.)
Then we sit — our enterprise AI Architects — and design AI solutions and AI agents for the customer.
So you only do the consulting, and not the actual implementation?
Don't interrupt my flow. I am only talking about the Understand phase. The implementation comes next.
For implementation, we have our own flagship, premium, enterprise-ready platform that will autonomously automate the process of implementing.

Fair enough. So what is this platform?

And those top performers question the management for our decisions. Those questions put me in a place where I have to give them clarity and take decisions. I prefer being indecisive, because everything changes every day. So why waste my 25% time and effort in making a decision? Look at it this way — by being indecisive, I have saved 25% of effort for my organization.
Really, an amazing saving. So what would you like to say to your customers out there?
